Spengler
For over a century, Spengler has designed and manufactured medical devices dedicated to diagnosis, particularly in blood pressure, cardiology, and simple clinical examinations for healthcare professionals.
Founded in 1907 by Émile Spengler in collaboration with Professors Henri Vaquez and Charles Laubry, the brand created the first blood pressure monitor. It has perpetuated this foundational expertise ever since.
Today, Spengler offers an innovative range combining precision, design, and comfort: blood pressure monitors, stethoscopes, thermometers, pulse oximeters, ECGs, and monitoring devices. Its R&D department places innovation and user needs at the heart of every development.
Luxamed
Luxamed is a German brand founded in 2012 by three medical device experts, specializing in high-quality diagnostic lighting solutions for healthcare professionals.
It designs and manufactures a comprehensive range of equipment dedicated to clinical examination—otoscopes, dermatoscopes, ophthalmoscopes, LED lamps, and laryngoscopes—meeting the requirements of medical practices, ENT, and dermatology.
True to “Made in Germany,” Luxamed develops and produces all its devices at its Blaubeuren site, ensuring continuous reliability, performance, and innovation.
Holtex
Since 1980, Holtex has been a recognized brand of medical devices, specializing in minor surgical instrumentation, medical furniture, examination lamps, professional attire, and certain diagnostic equipment.
It offers a comprehensive range of equipment for medical practices, excluding consumables, combining quality, reliability, and ergonomics to support practitioners in their daily work.
Since 2021, Holtex has adopted a modernized visual identity, reflecting its commitment to care, comfort, and performance in service of healthcare professionals.
DDM
DDM (Dessillons & Dutrillaux) joined the group in April 2023, strengthening SPENGLER MEDICAL’s industrial expertise. Its historic site in Agen became the Group’s industrial base, named La Manufacture, in December 2023.
From Agen, DDM designs and manufactures 100% Made in France medical devices for medical practices and hospitals: aneroid blood pressure monitors, orthopedic surgery equipment, solutions for resuscitation, intensive care, emergency, and diagnostic assistance.
A leader in the pneumatic tourniquet and blood pressure cuff market, DDM combines technical expertise, industrial quality, and continuous innovation, reinforcing its key role within SPENGLER MEDICAL in serving French excellence.
ECM
ECM (Electro Concept Medical) joined the group in April 2023, bringing its expertise in active patient warming to SPENGLER MEDICAL. A medical device manufacturer since 1991, the brand develops and produces all its solutions at its site in Saint-Léonard-de-Noblat, near Limoges.
A recognized specialist in patient warming, ECM designs 100% Made in France devices for neonatology, maternity, operating theaters, and recovery rooms, such as heated cribs and blankets.
Maison De Boissy
Maison De Boissy is an iconic brand of medical bags, recognized since the 1980s for its leather cases, and later for its lightweight and colorful bags.
Today, it offers modern and trendy models, designed in close collaboration with healthcare professionals and incorporating an eco-responsible approach, particularly through the use of recycled materials.
Maison De Boissy thus develops practical, aesthetic, and durable medical bags, combining style and functionality for everyday use.
